Monday Morning “Impediment to Productivity” – 20070219

Hi,

Lets get right down to business after last weeks forgetting to press send, alright forgetting to press open. It was a great party though (Thanks Rob and Doreen).

Flash Game: This one is so deceptively simple and such a time soak. Lots of little red balls, a blue square and a blue circle. Doesn’t sound like much does it? Well folks, kiss goodbye Monday (oh wait, that’s why we do this isn’t it?) My best score was 80 (pathetic really).

This one is truly priceless.
“Welcome to the museum of lost interaction; a timeline of innovation. Nine exhibits ranging from 1900 to 1979, comprising audio recording machines, wireless morse communicators, portable video to the precurser behind iTunes. The museum holds an inspirational array of invention, guaranteed never to have been found, documented or exhibited ever before. ”
I am so in love with this, the PRAT sampler or the the Case Communicator would have to be my favourites.

we can blame Rob B for this one
“for those with a high regard for music / noise

Cats? We haven’t done cats for a while, these are always a great “Impediment to Productivity”.

GEEK ALERT: If you are a into tech (nobody like that around here {thatch cracks up laughing}) then you will probably have seen this but I enjoyed this no end. And as Chris Anderson said
“This is why I do what I do:”

Hmmm? What does everyone think.?

Rashaan Roland Kirk and Ian Anderson would be impressed with this next performer

And lastly some of the highlights from over at http://notdeadyet.com.au/
This week we have Richard Thompson, Johnny O”Keffe an a Swedish electronic musician, a graphic designer, audio visual artist.
So really it’s business as usual. Have a listen.
